SHIPPING & RETURNS

Order Processing

Inventory orders are shipped within 48 hours and are processed Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. An email will be sent to you including your invoice and information to track your package live on our website or on the Canada Post website: www.postescanada.ca.

All deliveries require a signature. If you are not home at the time of delivery of the package and there is no safe place to drop it off, the delivery driver will leave a card indicating where you can pick it up.

Please note that our services are closed from December 24 to 25 inclusive and from December 31 to January 1 inclusive for the holiday.

Delivery Times

Regional - Quebec and Ontario: 2-3 days

National - from one Canadian city to another Canadian city example: MTL-Vancouver: 2-7 days

United States (USA) -  4 to 10 working days, depending on the region. Shipments to the U.S. will be shipped through Canada Post and its U.S. partners. U.S. Customs generally charges brokerage fees on shipments, these fees are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid to the U.S. Postal Service.

International 6 to 14 working days, depending on the country. International shipments will be shipped through Canada Post and its international partners. Brokerage fees generally apply on international shipments, these fees are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid at the office of the post offices in your country.

If necessary; No refunds or credits will be made for customers who refuse to pay customs duties, taxes and other Fresh imports in connection with theCustoms clearance your order.

Note that shipping and handling costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the buyer for orders from international.

Please apply online first. Do not return any product by yourself without first obtaining authorization. All final sale, no return no exchange

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Special orders

  • Second Hand Jewelry

  • Items that have been personalized or altered

  • Piercing category jewelry (Some earrings models are excluded)

  • Any item that is not in its original condition

  • Any item damaged or with missing parts

  • Reasons not due to our error

  • Black Gold jewelry

All merchandise must be accompanied by the support ticket assigned to you by Customer Service, the invoice or proof of purchase (order number or order details). It must be returned in the original packaging (as much as possible), within a maximum of 14 days after the delivery date for an exchange or credit to be eligible.

Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and you will automatically receive a store credit which will be issued on a Gift Card that you will automatically receive by email.

We reserve the right to charge handling and shipping charges on all returned items.

Orders by bank transfer are only refundable by gift card.
